    Legal name, NBFC type, RBI registration number, incorporation date, registered address and operational regions.

    Primary contact, customer support email and phone, grievance officer, finance contact, plus a tech contact for webhook integration.

    For each product: name, use cases, min/max amount and tenure, interest rate type (fixed/variable/floating), processing fee and prepayment policy.

    Eligibility criteria

    Per product: minimum income, credit score, employment types accepted, age bracket, and required KYC documents.

We hold ourselves to the LSP obligations under the RBI’s 2022 circular, and we expect partner NBFCs to maintain their end.

  • Pregacoach is a connection layer, not a lender

    We operate under the RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, 2022 as a Lending Service Provider. We do not lend, underwrite, process KYC, disburse or collect EMIs. All loan processing and servicing is yours.

  • Transparent disclosures

    Each offer card shows your name, RBI registration number, all-in cost, validity and grievance officer contact.

  • Key Fact Statement

    We host your KFS URL or render it from offer fields you provide. Patients see the KFS before final acceptance.

  • Grievance pathway

    Patient grievances follow your grievance officer first; unresolved cases escalate to the Pregacoach compliance team and finally the RBI Ombudsman.

What partner NBFCs ask before joining

  • We connect, we don’t lend. Pregacoach collects a consented application from a patient, routes it to NBFCs matching your eligibility filter, surfaces approved offers back to the patient, and reflects repayment events you post for the patient’s convenience. We do not lend, do not underwrite, do not process KYC, do not disburse and do not collect EMIs. Every commercial step happens on your side.
