Free up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late rescheduling may incur a small fee, disclosed at the time.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major payment methods through our secure payment gateway — credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. EMI options are available through RBI-regulated NBFC partners.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and the price difference is adjusted proportionally for the remaining programme duration. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available within seven days of purchase for packages that haven’t been significantly utilised. The full refund policy is shown on the order summary before payment.
Are promotional codes available?
We periodically offer promotional codes for new families and seasonal campaigns. Codes are applied at checkout and the discount is shown before payment.
